CNF has learned that Roger York, a longtime local attorney, has passed away.  Roger practiced law for many decades in Crossville and was also a local entrepreneur with many business interests over the years.  His family was one of the original Homesteaders who helped settle and build the Homesteads in the mid 30’s.  Roger is 70 years-old
