KNOX DETECTIVE-PASTOR SUNDAY SERMON CALLED FOR ARREST AND EXECUTION OF GAY PEOPLE

“And God has instilled the power of civil Government to send the police in 2019 out to these LGBT freaks and arrest them and have a trial for them. And if they are convicted, then they are to be put to death.”

A Tennessee detective and pastor is coming under fire after video shows him saying gay people were “worthy of death” and should be tried and executed by the government.

Knox County Sheriff’s Office detective Grayson Fritts made the remarks during a Sunday service at All Scripture Baptist Church. The sermon is titled “Sodomite Reprobates.” Fritts “quietly took a buyout from his job” and the District Attorney is looking into complaints against Fritts.

During his message, Fritts repeatedly calls gay, bisexual and transgender people “freaks.”

“I’m sick of sodomy being crammed down our throats,” Fritts said.

Fritts also takes aim at superstar Taylor Swift and her more than $100,000 donation to the Tennessee Equality Project to protect the rights of the LGBTQ+ community. She also penned a letter to Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) to help pass the Equality Act, that would make it illegal to discriminate against LGBTQ+.

“It’s infecting our nation, people,” Fritts said. “The culture has changed, but the Bible is not outdated.”
