Names of the deceased suspect and the county deputy involved in the standoff on Chestnut Hill Road has been released.  Deputy Tim Tutor was investigating a suspicious vehicle when the deputy and the suspect exchanged gunfire.  Deputy Tutor was struck in the upper chest area and air flighted to a hospital.  After a long standoff, the SWAT team advanced on the vehicle the suspect was barricaded in and found 57-year-old Mark Eberly from Michigan deceased.
