Cumberland County deputies spotted a man roaming the parking lot at the Justice Center.  When they asked him who he was he said he didn’t have any ID on him and said his name was Wesley Young.  Then later said he was Wesely Dobbs.  Deputies searched him and found an ID that read Wesley Massa.  Turns out Massa had warrants on him from Smith County. He was aressted and taken into jail where he already was.
