Former Crossville interim Chief of Police, Rodney Shoap, has been selected at the new E-911 Dispatch Director.  Cumberland County’s Central Communications Committee met Thursday afternoon and voted to hire Shoap from six finalist applicants.  Shoap plans to accept the position.
