FIRE CALL TO LIFE CARE CENTER DETERMINED TO BE SPRINKLER MALFUNCTION

What started out as a scare at Life Care Center of Crossville has turned out to not be as serious.  Fire units were dispatched to Life Care Center for a possible oxygen explosion.  Upon arrival and after investigation, a sprinkler head had malfunctioned and began spraying water.  Employees thought at first there must have been a fire to set off the system.  Executive Director Latessa Morris contacted CNF to explain that all was ok at the Center and there were no injuries to anyone.
