More than 30 Federal agents converged on Infinity Health Care in Crossville yesterday in what is believed to be an insurance fraud investigation.  According to sources close to the investigation, the 30 Federal Agents, which included several accounting agents, showed up at the health care facility Tuesday morning as well as the residence of Dr. Stacey Carlton who is the owner/physician at Infinity.  Sources indicate that the agencies involved were only Federal and no State agency was present.  The investigation is ongoing and we understand no one has been charged in the case as of today.
