CUMBERLAND COUNTY MAN DIES AFTER BEING TAKEN INTO CUSTODY

new-generic-police-lights-1The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is looking into the death of a Cumberland County man who died Sunday after he was arrested.  34-year-old Rustin  Grayson was arrested by Crossville police for shoplifting. When the officers got to the Justice Center with Grayson, he wasn’t able to get out of the car. Graysone was taken to the hospital where he reportedly began having seizures and died soon after.  The TBI will be the lead investigative agency to look into Grayson’s death as a matter of procedure involving the death of an inmate while in law enforcement custody.
