Thirty-six Tennessee Department of Health COVID-19 assessment sites across the state will be open from 9 a.m. to noon local time on Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11, including the Cumberland County Health Department on South Main Street in Crossville. Their number is 931-484-6196. People in high-risk categories are prioritized for testing. People who have suspected or known cases of COVID-19 but are not severely ill should stay home while they recover. Anyone who develops severe symptoms should call ahead to their health care provider if possible prior to seeking care. COVID-19 testing sites in neighboring counties include the Putnam County Health Department; White County Fairgrounds, Ag Building; Overton County Health Department; Rhea County Health Department and the Roane County Health Department.
