Police were called to Goodwin Circle when neighbors called 911 saying a woman was ‘screaming for help’.  When police arrived they found a Jeffery Swallows on top of a woman choking her.  Police tried to contain Swallows but he fought them off until being tasered. The woman, June Sullivan, told police Swallows had accused her of cheating on him with another man and proceeded to attack her.  According to Sullivan, Swallows attacked her and when she tried to run, he grabbed her hair and pulled her back into the house. Swallows was finally arrested by police and hauled to jail.
