CROSSVILLE POLICE OFFICER ARRESTED FOR DUI

According to a report in the Crossville Chronicle, a Crossville Police officer has been charged with DUI. The report says Officer Terry Graham is charged with driving under the influence after he was stopped for speeding on West Avenue. Once the Crossville Police officer who was doing the traffic stop realized the driver was indeed another CPD officer, the Tennessee Highway Patrol was called in to assist in the investigation. THP administered a field sobriety test along with a blood/alcohol test – the results of the tests were not reported in the report. Officer Graham has been suspended without pay pending completion of the investigation. Graham is out on bond awaiting a June court date. Officer Graham is a School Resource Officer at Martin Elementary School.
