It’s almost become an annual tradition.  Pranksters get the idea of pouring soap suds into the fountain located on Watertank Hill. The suds started flowing about midnight Friday night.  One year the suds flowed all the way down the hill, through the red light and continued on Main Street.  No word if there will be a full investigation into the soapy act by the local police.  It’s hard to lift fingerprints from soap suds.
