CNF has learned Harbor Freight plans to open a new location in Crossville in the former Rite Aid Pharmacy building on North Main Street at Elmore Road. Now fans of the discount tool store won’t have to drive to Harriman or Cookeville. We made a call to Harbor Freight today and a representative told CNF the store plans to open in Crossville in late March to early April of 2021.  Harbor Freight Tools is a discount tool and equipment retailer, headquartered in Calabasas, California, which operates a chain of retail stores, as well as a mail-order and e-commerce business. The company employs over 20,000 people in the United States[3] and has 1,000 locations in 48 states. On August 14, 2019, they opened their 1,000th store in Louisville, Kentucky.[4][5
