BREAKING: TWO FALL 10 FEET FROM BUCKET LIFT AT CCHS
According to reports, two contracted workers fell ten feet out of a mechanical bucket lift today shortly after noon at CCHS. Life flight and Life force both were flown in and landed in the football field to take the victims to an area trama unit. The names of the victims have not been released yet..

I told them this morning they had to be tied off. I have worked in environmental health and safety for several years. This could all have been prevented. I contacted TOSHA along with the mayor and school board.
They had several workers on the edge of the roof without a harness around. Not tied off. Only flags, if they were even in the right distance of the roof.

It’s not the workers, I do hope employers do more to put the safety of their employees first. We are all out here just trying to make a living to come home safely to our families.
