BANNED PARENT ARRESTED AT MARTIN ELEMENTARY FOR CARRYING WEAPON ON CAMPUS
Police were called to Martin Elementary Monday where a parent had become aggressive toward school personnel.
The report states that 30-year-old Michael Dale, who had been banned from the school grounds, went to the front office demanding that his child be released to him. The SRO officer reminded Dale that he had been previously banned from the school grounds and should leave. Dale became very aggressive toward the SRO officer stating that he was going to call 911 and report his child being kidnapped by the school which he did. At that point, the SRO officer noticed that Dale was carrying a black extendable ASP Baton which is a weapon (similar to pictured) on his person.
Dale was arrested for carrying a weapon on school property and criminal trespassing.

This is Michael Dale I have video proof that I recorded proving I was not aggressive and will gladly give it to crossville news first this officer has done nothing but harass me and this is not the first instance where this officer has over used his authority and have other videos of him being aggressive and over all insulting to me for no reason because of his personal opinions.

Why were you banned in the first place. Sounds to me like a custody issue with the other parent if that is the situation. Not the schools fault for protecting the child.

The other parent is my fiance so it’s not a custody issue she was first into the school to get our child then came out and told me they refused to give her our son. That’s when I went in. And I was supposedly because I was listening to waling Jennings in the parent pickup line and the “Karen” behind me went and complained then I used my rights as a citizen and sro Stevens did not like that I disagreed with what he thought I should do. For those of you who haven’t figured it out, CNF is hardly unbiased and likes to make use of shock / fear headlines to get clicks to sell ads. Such is the way most media operates. CNF also has a clear political bias and pushes their agenda or narrative often without any consideration of the “other side”. Their coverage of COVID is always geared to, loosely quoting Bill Mahr, “scare the shit out of people”. You only hear of the numbers when they’re rising or fits their personal narrative & agenda. Notice that?
This is no different. They also are censoring comments that call them out or provide the other side of the story.
