A bomb was dropped at Tuesday night’s City Council meeting.  City Manager David Rutherford told the Council that Ficosa, a local plant which makes automotive mirrors and employs about 250 people is considering moving their operations to Cookeville.  The City Manage explained the City has offered Ficosa several incentives to stay in Crossville.  Ficosa replied they would be looking at the proposals and would have a definitive answer soon. The plant has been in operation in Crossville for many years, formerly called Delbar Products.
