The storm is marching across Tennessee this morning and it is sending out a notice ahead of time – Winds are blowing everything around and down.  Thus far there are at least four reports of trees down in the county, one across a house and one has fallen on a car.  Power outage reported in Homestead and other areas.  A total of 133 are without power at 8am.  The leading edge of the storm is forecast to get here around 1 pm today – but at the speed it’s traveling on radar, it may be a lot sooner.  Wind gusts of up to 40 mph have been recorded this morning in the county.  We’ll keep you updated as the line of storms get closer today.  Stay alert and have a safety plan in the event of severe weather which may include tornadoes.
