A 27-year-old Bonnaroo festival attendee died Saturday, Bonnaroo officials confirmed.

Bonnaroo organizers said a medical team in Plaza 11 responded to a medical situation in a nearby campsite and found the male victim, who had been camping with his father, unresponsive but breathing.

The Bonnaroo EMS team and Coffee County Emergency Medical Services were on the scene within minutes, festival organizers said.

The medical team administered CPR, and he was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
