MORE THAN 11,500 WATCHES CHRISTMAS PARADE-FROM HOME, TOO COLD

CNF Video Analytics

There were quite a few lining the streets Saturday night fighting the very, very cold temps waiting on the Annual Christmas Parade.  However, many stayed home and watched the parade on Crossville News First live stream…and even more watched the recording of the parade.  The 2017 Crossville Christmas Parade has been viewed by more people than any other video streamed live by CNF.  As of Sunday evening, more than 11,500 have watched the parade video.  That’s twice the number of last years parade when the weather was a little warmer, well-a lot warmer.  This year’s parade was one of the longest parade we’ve seen, about ten-minutes longer than last year.  There were some extraordinary floats in the parade lineup…and one young man who endured the whole thing was captured on our video grabbing any candy he could get.  Watch the lower right corner for the lad wearing a Santa cap.

Most viewers, about 81 percent, are from Tennessee – but the parade has been watched by people from Florida, Texas, Ohio and as far away as Ontario Canada.  It was cold outside indeed, which is why we chose to shoot from inside Star Recording Studio where it was warm and toasty. We congratulate on all who participated in the parade for a job well done.
